GCC’s annual Paper Drive is now underway to help our local schools with donations of supplies or money. Primary Needs Include: Pencils, Colored Pencils, Crayons, Rulers, Glue Bottles, Glue Sticks, Hand Soap, Hand Sanitizer, Lysol Wipes, Erasers, 2-Pocket Folders, and Kleenex. All donated items must be new and unopened.
The past few years have been extremely difficult for our teachers. In addition to donating, please consider writing a note of thanks or encouragement to let them know how important they are and to help them as they begin a new and challenging year.
If you would prefer to donate money, please make checks payable to “Greenbelt Community Church” and write “paper drive” in the memo line or on the envelope. You can place them in the offering plate or drop them off at the church office. You can also donate through the “GIVE” button located on the church website—click on “Other” and leave a note in the comments section that the donation is for the Paper Drive.
Donation items and checks can be brought to the church office Monday-Thursday between 10am-2pm. Please call 301-474-6171 with any questions. The donation drive will run from now until August 7th.
