Dr. Wei-Der Huang

Dr. Huang is currently on the piano faculty of Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland, and formerly served on the faculty of Washington Conservatory of Music in Bethesda, Maryland. She has performed at Hubbard Recital Hall (New York), Homer Ulrich Recital Hall, NIH Masur Auditorium, Concert Hall at Montgomery College, Strathmore Hall, Levine School of Music, Washington Conservatory of Music, Charles Sumner School Museum, and Smith Theatre at Howard Community College. In 2003, Huang, as member of the Octtava Piano Duo, was invited to perform on the West Coast and in Taiwan. The Octtava Piano Duo also performs here at GCC once every year. She inspires our choir members to perform their personal best.
