Traditionally on Pentecost the United Church of Christ (UCC) receives the Strengthen the Church offering. This is one of five planned givings to the denomination. Gifts to the Strengthen the Church (STC) offering support leadership development, new churches, youth ministry, and innovation in existing congregations.
